道に迷わないようスマホ片手に訪問。
店内はカウンターと目の前に調理場が見える構成。
さらに、薪を炊いていて、そこで一部の食材を
焼くという調理をしてました。
今回かコースで頼んでおり、たくさんメニューが
あるので抜粋して紹介します。
地野菜の薪焼き サラダ仕立て
カリフラワー、ズッキーニなどの野菜を薪で焼いたもの
とサニーレタスをサラダ風にした料理
自家製ドレッシングの味と薪で焼いた香りが同時に
楽しめます。
kibi danGo 〜きびだんご〜
ひき肉の中には卵黄があります。
このひき肉も薪で焼いたもの。トリュフの香り、
ひき肉の旨み、下にあるじゃがいものソースが
よく絡んで絶品！
和牛フィレの薪焼き
薪で焼いたとても柔らかいお肉を椎茸や
菜の花と共にいただく一品。
胡椒のペーストも肉と非常に合います。
サワラ、せり、うるいのご飯
うるい、サワラは薪で焼いてあります。
とにかく香ばしいご飯で食べてて飽きません。
残ったものはおにぎりにして持ち帰ることができます。
この他、はまぐり、イカ飯、ほしがれいといった
海鮮料理も楽しめました。
また、ほとんどの食材が愛知県をはじめとする国産品で
日本にはこんなに美味しい食材があるのだな、と
感心させられました。
