Please enjoy each and every dish, which brings out the flavor of seasonal ingredients and is prepared with skillful techniques.

Drinks are included in the price of the course and are all-you-can-drink. Among the wide variety of drinks on the menu, we especially recommend Itomeshi's original "Timur Pepper Soda" and "Homemade Limoncello Soda." We also offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks, including "Okuyutaka," which leaves a dashi-like aftertaste, and "Koshun," which has an orchid and herb-like aroma.
