金山の人気居酒屋
平日の夜に9名で利用しました。
私の誕生日祝いという事で、いつもお世話になっている先輩方に予約を取っていただき利用しました。
場所は、金山総合駅南口から徒歩3分ほど。近隣に、打ち止めのコインパーキングもあり、車での利用もしやすいエリアにあります。
この日は、アラカルトでの利用。
オーダーしたのは
・お造り盛り合わせ
・黄金の串焼き
・馬刺し
・自家製ローストビーフ
・ホタルイカ酢味噌和え
・イカウニ和え
こちらのお店は、熟成のお造りが売りで、マグロは乾燥熟成。白身魚は津本式の血抜きを施し、氷温で一週間寝かせたこだわりの逸品。
さすが一週間寝かせただけあって、旨味が凝縮されており、かなりのクオリティです。
他、逸品物も充実しており、接待や記念日などにも使えそうです。
従業員さんの教育も行き届いており、追加オーダーなど、良いタイミングでのお気遣いもいただけ、良い誕生日になりました。
金山駅はあまり利用する事がありませんでしたが、次回、金山方面での飲み会の際はまた利用したいと思いました。

平日の夜に2名で利用しました。
場所と内外観は過去投稿にて記載。
この日は、地元の友人とのプライベートな食事会で、アクセスの良い金山付近で落ちあうことになり、こちらのお店を選びました。
以前も利用した事があり、日本酒やつまみなどがとても良かった印象があり、同行者が日本酒好きだった為、こちらのお店にしました。

をいただきました。
日本酒は、かなり品数があったので、迷いましたが、お店の方に好みを伝えたらこちらを教えてくれました。
大那は、キリッとしたキレがとても良く、とても気に入りました。
料理は、日本酒に合う料理が多く、特にこだわりの熟成魚は、以前にも増して旨味を感じました。
金山でのご飯の際は定番のお店です。
