Our duck dishes use Barbary duck "Hakko duck" from Aomori Prefecture. Because duck meat has been improved for meat consumption, it has less fat and bitterness than wild duck meat, giving it a healthy and rich flavor. Among the various menus, we recommend the Lava (2,160 yen), which is grilled using lava from Mt. Fuji. The four types of cuts - loin, thigh, gizzard, and heart - can be enjoyed individually or as an assortment. Please enjoy our duck dishes prepared in a variety of ways.
