1960年創業。 初代大将の伝統のやきとりに創作料理などの厚みを加え、串焼きを中心とした総合的な居酒屋として今なお発展途上。メニューは手作りのモノが多く、セントラルキッチンで作った既製品をレンジやレトルトで暖めるだけというそこらの最近の居酒屋とはひと味も二味も違う。 キャパの大きな店ながらも暖かさを失わない。価格はもちろんリーゾナブル。
