Our restaurant's style is to carefully select the highest quality seafood from the market every day, and sometimes purchase fish from Hokuriku through the connections of the owner, who is from Fukui Prefecture. The summer vegetables are carefully selected with the seasons in mind, and we use a variety of techniques to bring out their freshness and flavor. The store owner has selected a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer, sake, shochu, five types of wine each, and whisky. In addition to 10 types of sake, we also have limited brands that change depending on the season. The size is a 4-go bottle, so one of its charms is that you can enjoy a glass almost immediately after opening the seal. The freshly squeezed fruit juices are also delicious.
