名古屋へ４人で日帰り旅行です☆
一番の目的は“あつた蓬莱軒”のひつまぶし！
“ひつまぶし”の登録商標を持っています、ひつまぶし®️ですね！
本店の屋敷は昔、陣屋だったそうです
どうせなら一番豪華なメニューにしましょう“一半(いちはん)ひつまぶし”6100円X３名
一人だけウナギを食べられない人は天麩羅定食3900円
「あつた蓬莱軒でひつまぶし以外？」と思われるかもしれませんが、他客の注文を聞いていても天麩羅定食はちょくちょく耳に入ります、実際サクサクで美味しかったそうでした
一半はウナギもご飯も1.5倍ぐらいのようです、かなりのボリューム
吸い物、香の物、たっぷりの薬味、大きな徳利に入った出汁
身ふっくら、皮パリ、香り最高！
丸いお櫃に入ったウナギを４等分にして
・１杯目はそのまま
・２杯目は薬味を乗せて
・３杯目は薬味と出汁を入れて
・４杯目は１～３の好きな食べ方で
自分の好みは、そのまま＋山椒でした
一半を注文した他の２名は食べきれず1/4以上残したので、それも食べました
徳利に入った多めの、それだけでも美味しい出汁も飲み干しました
お腹がはち切れそうです、この後の味噌カツとか天むすとか世界の山ちゃんとかエビフリャー全て食べられなくなりましたw
平日だったので今回は予約なしの訪問でしたが一時間待ち、時間で予約を取れたので駐車場の中で待てました、立って行列に並ぶ必要なし、この辺りも流石の対応です
味も接客も素晴らしい名店、日本一のひつまぶしを食べられた幸せ♪
