◆The buckwheat flour we use is from Hokkaido. It is harvested in the fields in the mountain valleys, particularly in Numata and Horokanai, and is by far the sweeter and tastier of buckwheat than that |
I go here when I feel like tasting udon, especially dashi broth. Even when it's busy, you're shown to your seat, you order, and I think it comes out relatively quickly, whether it's a set meal with Fried food or a stew. Izumi uses a rich dashi broth with plenty of bonito flavor, and large, chewy shrimp. On this day, I ordered Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). It comes with a mini udon. This dashi broth goes well with udon instead of miso soup! Thank you for the meal♡
