Sobakiri "Wara" is a specialty store of handmade soba noodles made with stone mills. We named it soba with the hope that our customers will return the joy of encountering delicious soba noodles with a
... smile. We mill domestically grown unpolished soba noodles ourselves, and use stock made from carefully selected kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and bonito flakes, as well as soy sauce imported from Nagano, to create an even better flavor.
