そばのこしがすごい、美味しいお蕎麦屋さん♪

開店１０分前に着きましたが、２組すでに居ました。開店同時に入りましたが、５分後には満席でした。土日で待ちたくない方は、開店１０分前には着いていた方が良いかもしれません。
駐車場はお店の前に５台くらいありますが、お店の前の銀行の駐車場に停めても良いとのことでした。
外観は和風なお店ですが、内装は意外と綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気です。
天せいろそば…１５３０円(税込み)

天ぷらは、のり、しそ、にんじん、かぼちゃ、なす、えび２本、にぎす？？、そばがき？？かな？？良い香りがする天つゆにつけて頂きました。結構天ぷらが多いので、大根おろしがあると良かったな～
そばは、麺のこしがすごいです！水もしっかり切られているので、そばつゆが薄まることがないですね。そばつゆは濃そうに見えますがそんなに濃くなく、出汁の香りがしっかりします。大根おろしの辛みが強くて、とても好みです(*^-^)お塩でも頂きましたが、美味しい！そばの香りをしっかり感じられ、また歯応えも良いです。
そば湯は結構さらっとしていて飲みやすいです。結構ボリュームがあり、お腹一杯でした。たくさんメニューがあるので、色々制覇したいな～と思いました。

西尾の憩い農園へ行き、うなみさんへ行きましたが、１０時半過ぎで並んでいたので、こちらにお邪魔しました。１１時過ぎてしまったので並んでるかな？と思いましたが、１組しか居ませんでした。良かった～
今回頼んだのは、
天おろしそば…１３３０円(税込み)
前回天ぷらが多く、大根おろしがあると良いなと思ったので、天おろしそばにしました。
大根おろしは、辛みが強めでちょっと粗めなんですが、とっても美味しい昔は、大根おろしは辛みの強くて食べれなかったんですが、今では大好きになりました✨
お蕎麦は、前回と変わらずこしがあり、とても美味しいです。ここ最近何件か蕎麦屋さんに行きましたが、ここのお蕎麦が一番好きです
天ぷらはえび、キス、なす、かぼちゃ、しその５種類がお蕎麦の上に乗ってました。前回食べた天せいろそばより天ぷらは少し少なめですが、個人的にちょうど良かったです❗キスはすごくふわふわで、なすはとろとろ、シソはパリパリでした。
プラス１００円で十割そばに出来るとのことでしたので、次は十割そばを食べてみたいです。大根おろしがとても美味しかったので、おろしそばか山菜おろしそばも食べたいな～
