2023年蕎麦巡り96店舗目。
平日の昼に利用しました。
場所は、愛知県岡崎市と蒲郡市の間にある、額田郡幸田町。JR幸田駅から徒歩20分ほど。車での利用の際は岡崎インターからおよそ20分ほど。店舗前に専用駐車場がありましたが、台数が限られているのでなるべく乗り合わせで利用されることをおすすめします。
店舗外観は、木造平屋造で、店舗周りの植木がいい感じです。
店内はテーブル席と掘りごたつがあり、全部で9テーブルありました。
12時頃に到着しましたが、3組ほど並んでおり、15分ほどで入店できました。
この日はランチセットが品切れでしたので、蕎麦セットというものをオーダーしました。
セット内容は
・野菜の天ぷら
・蕎麦味噌
・蕎麦
・蕎麦とうふ
・山菜の小鉢
・牛蒡の漬物
・寒天
この内容で1300円とリーズナブルでした。
追加料金100円で蕎麦を十割に変更できるとの事でしたが、最近は二八の方を好んでおりますので、あえて二八でオーダーしました。
蕎麦は玄そばを自家製粉されているとの事。つるりとしており、〆も水切りも良かったです。
蕎麦つゆは出汁がしっかり聞いており、甘さは少なめです。蕎麦湯で割ったつゆは個人的に好みの味でした。
蕎麦味噌は西京味噌ベースで、蕎麦の実が練り込まれており、美味しかったです。
愛知県三河エリアでは個人的に上位のお店でした。
