味は普通に美味しい。 ただワンオペなので料理中はドリンク追加など難しい。調理場までオーダーを言いに行けば効率的だった。View details

Restaurant highlights |
Enjoy yakitori made with seasonal ingredients in a cozy restaurant. A wide variety of sake is also available!
A 3-minute walk from Chuo Hirosaki Station. Located in Kakumi-koji, a food and drink spot in Hirosaki, Sumibi Yakitori Gin is a relaxing place for adults with a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the
... Showa era. The yakitori is carefully grilled using domestic chicken and charcoal, and comes in two flavors: sauce and salt. The soy sauce selected by the owner himself and natural salt that is roasted each time to give it just the right amount of moisture are used. Another recommendation at this restaurant is the wide selection of local sake that the owner selects from liquor stores around the country twice a year. There are six types of banquet courses, including courses with only food and courses with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink. All courses include food, including the restaurant's signature yakitori, and two hours of all-you-can-drink, making it suitable for a variety of occasions.
