To me, this is the restaurant that serves the most delicious fish in the world. There is no compromise in how the fish is killed, preserved, or served. The chef offers suggestions on how to cook and eat it according to the fish, and each dish is presented with a wealth of knowledge and skill, making it truly spectacular. There is no need to describe each dish; seeing is believing. I left the restaurant extremely satisfied and will definitely make a reservation again!
