福井へは、去年、セイコガニを食べに来たぶり。
今回は、北陸旅行の際、石川県から福井県へ降りてきて、福井駅周辺で美味しいものを食べようとこちらへ辿り着きました。

昨年オープンされた焼鳥割烹のお店。

なんと昨年オープンしたばかりなのに
ミシュランガイド北陸版2021でミシュランプレートを獲得されているお店ということでとても気になって期待して行ってみました。

通りからは見つけられなくて
ちょっと隠れ家的な感じで私はこういうお店好みです。

店内に入るとカウンターが8席ほどと、個室がひとつあるようです。
小さなお店だけど、シックで高級感があって大人の雰囲気。
焼鳥屋さんだけど、高級お寿司屋さんのような感じです。

最初に玉手箱のようなものが出されて
蓋を開けると中からドライアイスの煙がモクモク！

中には、ササミのづけ、砂肝の刺身風、鶏ハム、福地鶏のたたき舞茸ポン酢ジュレかけの4種盛り合わせ。
その辺の焼鳥屋さんではなかなか出てこないようなオシャレな内容でどれもいいお味♡

その後は串が始まって、途中に箸休め的なものが出てきたり、手羽中のタッカンマリなどの一品料理的なものが出てくるので、飽きないし、今度は何が出てくるのかなとワクワクするし、色々な美味しいものを出して下さるので満足度が高いです。

〆は、鶏の佃煮と濃厚卵の卵かけご飯！
珍しい鶏の佃煮と本当に濃厚な卵黄を混ぜて食べるとコレがまたたまりません。

私は何故か鶏の臭みにはかなり敏感な体質なのですが、
こちらのオリーブ地鶏の焼鳥や鶏料理、とても美味しかった。

焼き加減もとても良く、ももの皮目はパリッとしてて、中はジューシーで肉汁が溢れ出て甘みも感じて美味！

ちょうちんや白肝のとろけ具合も最高でした♡
