At our restaurant, we only offer Kaiseki cuisine, where you can enjoy each dish from appetizers to sweets. We use seasonal fish and vegetables purchased from the market every day. Easy-to-drink sake such as “Niwa no Uguisu” and “Kokuryu” have a nice aroma and do not interfere with the taste of elegant Japanese-style meal. In addition, we stock seasonal sake such as "Natsusake" in the summer, "Hiyaoroshi" in the fall, and "Shinsake" in the New Year. Recommended is the "Mukozuke fresh fish platter", which is an assortment of seafood sent directly from the local market in Nagahama. You can enjoy seasonal seafood that can only be enjoyed at that time of year. Additionally, we offer "Ara Kaiseki" from August to January, and "Fugu Kaiseki" from December to March. We carefully select only natural grains weighing 25 kg or more. Larger ones have thick skin and are full of collagen. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Fugu sashimi is aged using a unique method. Please enjoy the natural flavor of blowfish to your heart's content.
