たまたま見つけ、気になったのでランチを食べに行ってみました。
博多駅より徒歩５分、ヨドバシカメラ博多から２分の九州ビル地下にあります。
こんな隠れ家的な所にこんな良いお店であるんだって感じです。
完全予約制なので平日のの11時半に予約して伺いました。
個室に案内されると、落ち着いた雰囲気で樹齢150年の一枚板テーブルとか絵とかセンが良いです。
今回は初めてなので5000円の旬菜旬魚コース にしました。
魚は「長浜市場」より野菜は『柳橋連合市場』から仕入れているそうです。
接待とかで県外から来たお客さんの為に、福岡の素材に拘っているそうです。
なるほど、そこは大切ですね。
まずは先付のほたるいかとわかめの酢みそあえを食べてみました。
酢みその味付けが絶妙でこれは美味しい。
先付だけでそのお店のクオリティがわかります。
そして旬の八寸盛りは見た目も良くてどれを食べてもウマく、細かな味付けに感心させられました。
土鍋の炊き込み御飯やデザートまで、本当に満足です。
だって、手作りのかつおのふりかけまで美味しいですからね。
食器や盛り付けなどセンスの良さ、そして素晴らしい接客、文句のつけようがありません。
博多駅近くで大切な方を接待するなら、博多 畑中さんをオススメしますよ。
