福岡巡業に行く前、福岡出身の東京の割烹の板前さんに教えてもらったお店です。
ネギしゃぶが名物のようでコースもありましたが、今回はアラカルトで。
お造り盛り合わせは8種で2人前3800円。どれも絶品で日本酒が進みました。天使のエビのフライは不思議な衣を纏っていましたが、企業秘密だそうです。
