Soon after it opened, the word "mackerel cuisine = Kiharu" became established. Now, half of the customers are from outside the prefecture, and it has become a popular restaurant with a high reputation |
予約をさせていただ訪問しました。
カウンター席に着席させていただきましたがここがベストポジション！
料理しているものやにおいでとにかく食べたいものが増えます笑
そしてとにかくサバ料理が多いです！
ごまサバとあぶり〆サバはとにかく絶品です☆
生臭さは全くなく、肉厚で油のノリがすごく歯ごたえがあり
お酒がとにかく進みます！
そして初にお目にかかった生からすみを注文。
味はからすみだけど特有のネチネチ感がなく、
日本酒にマッチして絶品でした。
最後はサバのコロッケ。
ジャガイモにもサバの味が染みこんでおり
中のサバもジャガイモもほくほく、外はサクサク、
ソースで食べるのではなく塩で食べるということで
素材の味が更に活きます！！
次回、福岡に行った際も再訪したいと思います。
