A shochu and fresh fish shop that focuses on rare Amami cuisine. Speaking of Amami cuisine restaurants, there was one in Shibuya and one in Tottori, where I had been away for a year. I remember that the chicken rice was delicious and comforting. 3 minutes walk from Nishitetsu Hirao Station. This store is located at the southern end of Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. I often pass by this area, but I recently noticed it forming. The sign said ``A restaurant where you can enjoy shochu,'' so I was curious about it, but finally I was able to visit it. The inside of the store has a large L-shaped counter and three tables. The ceiling is high and the space is spacious, with a pleasant sound of noise. We ordered ``Assorted Sashimi of the Day'' (1,180 yen), ``Shima Pork Miso Zukemori'' (580 yen), and Sapporo Akahoshi Medium Bottle (650 yen). After all, it has to be beer first. Sashimi is a piece of various fish arranged one by one. It's fun to sample bits of horse mackerel, squid, conger eel, and bluefin tuna. The lightly grilled Tsushima conger eel and bluefin tuna were especially delicious. When it comes to miso-marinated pork, the one from Chichibu is quite delicious, but the one here has a similar sweet and spicy taste. There are two types of "mori": pork tongue and pork belly. Shochu here. When it comes to Amami's brown sugar shochu, I like Rento and have been buying it for a while. I ordered it mixed with water, but it was so diluted that I couldn't really taste it. I'm a little disappointed. Additional ``chicken rice'' (550 yen) and ``homemade lemon sour'' (480 yen). The chicken rice that was served in a large bowl was like a dashi chazuke with lots of ingredients that were smooth and smooth due to the chicken stock. The steamed chicken has a strong taste without any odor, and the classic condiments such as sweet and salty simmered shiitake mushrooms, tinned eggs, and red pickled ginger also add a nice flavor. I think it was just a little too salty. Lemon sour has a good combination of sourness and unique sweetness that you can gulp down. I should have ordered mega... Every dish is delicious and seems to reflect the chef's good taste. Although the prices are a little high (for Fukuoka), this is a store you should remember as a place to talk with friends and loved ones. please. This article is from [Tokyo Special!!].
