Baked in the oven with a homemade cream sauce that has been tried and tested to match the oysters. ``Amakusa Direct Sent Ara Nabe'' is a product that uses fish such as redfish and red grouper that are purchased directly from Amakusa, a carefully selected production area. The taste of the hot pot, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients, is exquisite. The popular "assorted sashimi" is served in a bright Arita ware bowl.
