Only 8,500 yen for lunch and 15,000 yen for selection are available. There are also courses with upgraded main courses. We use plenty of fresh ingredients from local Gunma, selected by visiting producers directly. Please enjoy the rich ingredients of Joshu, such as sweet vegetables and Akagi beef carefully raised in the rich natural environment. “Joshu Cuisine”, which incorporates the essence of French cuisine cuisine, continues to evolve every day.

Enjoy drink pairings carefully selected by our sommelier Kojima for both lunch and dinner. You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For alcohol, we mainly offer champagne and wine, as well as Gunma's local sake. In addition to mainly old wines from France, we also offer natural wines. For non-alcoholic drinks, you can enjoy drinks made from scratch using seasonal Gunma fruits and vegetables and homemade herbs.

The interior of the store is chic and sophisticated. Although the counter is U-shaped, the seats are widely spaced so you can relax and enjoy your time. The historic Shiraiya Hotel was completely renovated over a period of six years. As soon as you step into the building, you will find yourself in a space filled with art. It features a large atrium that lets in plenty of light and is also used as a common area of the hotel. Designed by Sou Fujimoto, various works are exhibited inside and outside the two buildings, the old and new.
