～札幌 中島公園の「霜止出苗」良い味だしています～

何度か訪問しておりますが口コミは初めてします。
何を食べたか忘れてしまうので記録として残します。
お水は白老で汲んでいるそうです。
同じ回のお客さんは東京からの方でした（笑）
今回は季節的にキノコ類が中心でした。
・牡蠣と葡萄 まずまず
・秋刀魚 かなり美味
・柳葉魚 かなり美味
・ラム肉 バカ旨
・帆立貝フライ（野付産） バカ旨
・蕎麦（つけ汁 ポタージュみたい） まずまず
・茶碗蒸し 超バカ旨
・ますのすけ バカ旨
・キノコと真鱈白子の鍋汁 まずまず
・馬糞うに＋いくら小丼 まずまず
・その他
美味しいワインを沢山いただきました（笑）
今回も料理を堪能しました。ご馳走さまでした。
ただ、個人的に問題なのは、私のようなボンビーが行くのは大変です。
お財布にやさしくないのでキツイです（泣）
でも、またお金を貯めて再訪問したいと思います。

2023年8月再訪問
今年の札幌は大変暑い日が続いており、訪問日も最高気温が35℃でした。
料理とは関係がありませんが、涼を求めて札幌に行きましたので残念(笑)
蕎麦(黒松内産)＋馬糞うに(余市産) かなり美味
鰹 かなり美味
蝦夷鮑 かなり美味
牛肉 バカ旨
きちじ バカ旨
ラム肉 かなり美味
小肌テリーヌ バカ旨
いくら小丼 かなり美味
デザート かなり美味
思い出せない料理がいくつかあります。
今回も料理を堪能しました。 ご馳走さまでした。
ボンビーなのに、調子に乗って美味しいワインを沢山いただいてしまい、
お財布が悲鳴を・・・
またお金を貯めて再訪問したいと思います。
