北のお散歩マンことリトルトゥースです。
北海道エリアでは高級なお店、北海道住みの人間としては一度は行ってみたいと思い予約しました。
まず入口が分からず焦る。(高級店にありがちっすよねー)
畳敷きの小部屋(個室)に通され、掘りごたつの目の前がカウンターでこの空間に緊張するワタス。
そんな緊張を和らげる接客をスタッフはしてくれます。
フレンチなのか？和食なのか？ジャンルに当てはまらない独創的な創作料理。バカ舌のワタスにはまだ早かったか。、、、見ていただいている方に良さを伝えられずすいません。
食通やそれなりの立場の方には受けるお店と思いやす。
