Starting with the hairy crab chawanmushi, which seemed to satisfy the hunger of the whole body in an instant, the theater passed by like Chef Igarashi's angry waves. I don't mean this in a bad way, but the time that passes slowly and steadily is very pleasant. I don't think being friendly is a good thing. For me, it's very comfortable. Even so, I can feel the kindness of this chef when he suddenly smiles and cares for me. I feel like I saw something that captivated me, not just the food.
