冷めても美味しい、炭火焼きの肉の塊。
この歳になると、ロースの脂は胃にもたれて食べられないが、200gでも食べられてしまう美味さ。
今回はヒレでした。
前回よりも美味しかったです❗
特選ヒレいただきました。今はなかなか良い肉を確保するのが難しいとのことですが、さすがのひとことです。別格の美味しさでした。
本当に、素晴らしいお肉を出し続けていただきありがとうございます。
神戸ステーキなら、みやす。30年以上通ってます。ランチ止めたのは、正解。
