I visited Miyasu for the first time in over 10 years on a family anniversary. I could only go on Saturday, so I called, but it was impossible to make a reservation on Saturday until three weeks later. Also, it seemed difficult to make a reservation on the day or the day before even on weekdays. Although the stairs were a little steep for my elderly mother, we managed to get there. When a friend from outside the prefecture asks me where I can find a good Steak restaurant in Kobe, Miyasu is one of the three places I pick out according to my budget. I first visited this restaurant about 30 years ago when a special person took me there. The tenderness and flavor of the meat have not changed since then. It was absolutely delicious! It's a memorable restaurant for me. It's a famous restaurant.
