Our predecessor restaurant opened in December 1999 and closed at the end of August 2015. After that, we gained more experience in other business formats and reopened our current restaurant at the end of March 2021 with renewed enthusiasm! We have kept the name, but restaurant contents have been upgraded. In creating our courses, we actively use unused fish that have low market value despite being locally produced, such as Japanese red sea bream, Higesori sea bream, and red sea bream.
Environmental Protection Initiatives
◆We are no longer using plastic containers for our takeaway, and are instead using environmentally friendly paper packaging. ◆Paper receipts will be printed and given only to those who request them. We also actively recommend electronic receipts.

Food Grilled meat Sushi using premium domestic beef short ribs!
We purchase the "triangular rose" parts of domestic beef and cut them in-house. The specially-marbled ribs are quickly grilled on a burner before being served. For higher-end banquet courses, appetizers are provided for each person. Of course, you can also enjoy it as a single item!
