Our predecessor restaurant opened in December 1999 and closed at the end of August 2015. After that, we gained more experience in other business formats and reopened our current restaurant at the end of March 2021 with renewed enthusiasm! We have kept the name, but restaurant contents have been upgraded. 大学時代の友人に逢いに、神戸は王子に行ってまいりました♪
友人曰く、素敵な居酒屋があるとのこと。
その名も「彩菜」。
王子の小さな商店街の近く、
ちょっとわかりづらい入口からつづく、お二階のお店。
一歩踏み入れると、外観からはちょっと想像のつかない、
センスのよい落ち着いた雰囲気です。
入店の時点では、店員さんはカウンター内の素敵なお兄さんお1人。
お客さんの姿もありませんでした。（時間が早かったからかな？）
女子二人でとりあえずビール♪といこうと思ったのですが、
そのビールの種類が豊富！
ベルギービールがお好きなのか、ベルギーだけで10種類程あったと思います！
さらにそれぞれのグラスもきちんと用意してあるこだわりっぷり！
カウンターのほとんどをそれで占めているように見えました。
しかし海外のビールが苦手な私はハートランドで…お兄さんごめんなさい。。
さて、肝心のお料理について。
この日は二人で8品程注文しました。
今までの経験上
大抵このような居酒屋だと、
1品くらいはまあまあな品が
入っているものですが、
彩菜さんは違います！
つきだしから始まり、
出る品出る品すべてが最高においしい！
特に印象に残っているのは
自家製のおとうふ。
こちらは抹茶のお塩でいただきました。
ほろあまな温かいお豆腐と風味のよいお塩が
最高…しあわせ…☆
そしてお店人気No.1という茄子の餃子。
餃子の皮の代わりに茄子で具を挟み、
カラっと揚げてあります。
サクサクの衣の中に、
ジューシーな茄子とたっぷりの肉汁。
きゃー！おいしすきる…！
本当は全部書きたいくらい…でもキリがないのでやめときます。
とにかく全部がオススメです♪
ただ、ひとつだけ残念なのは、途中からこられたサービスの女性の方が、
あまりに無愛想すぎたこと…お皿もグラスも下げてくれません。何故なら卓を見に来ないから。
1組なのに…。
お料理の説明もゼロなので、二人で探り探り食べました。
せめて、せめて、あたりまえのことですが、笑ってください…泣
と、少し辛口な事を書きましたが、
この点を除けば本当に本当に最高のお店だと思います！
お値段も良心的ですし、どうやらランチもやっている様子です。
また絶対行きます☆
