Our predecessor restaurant opened in December 1999 and closed at the end of August 2015. After that, we gained more experience in other business formats and reopened our current restaurant at the end of March 2021 with renewed enthusiasm! We have kept the name, but restaurant contents have been upgraded. 過去の口コミに書かれている、愛想のない店員さんは不在で、男性１人で切り盛りしてた。
料理はどれもおいしかった。つくねに添えられてる卵の黄身は箸で持ち上げられそうなほど張りのあるものだったし、カキフライも大きかった。ビールや焼酎も種類が多くてよかった。
しかし、切り盛りしてる男性の愛想がなく、こちらが注文をしても反応が薄いので、ちゃんと通っているのか不安になった。
しかも他に客が数組いたから、男性も忙しそうに働いており、注文するこちらが気を使った。
単に仕事熱心な職人肌の男性なのか、あるいはアルバイトが辞めた後で大変だったのか知らないが、あの接客態度ではリピーターはできないだろう。
メニューも全体的に明るくきれいに作られていたし、店の雰囲気もいいのに、接客とのギャップには戸惑った。
