豚バラとろ肉つけ蕎麦
和え玉
パンダがいたことで有名な王子動物園のある王子公園駅から徒歩3分位の位置にある店です。
新在家にあるつけ麺の名店繁田の店主のご兄弟が営業されているお店だとか
店内は薄暗くジャジーな曲が流れている所謂意識高い系！
俺の経験則上こういう系の店は全部味が好みだったので楽しみです！・・・俺も変わっちまったな・・・
動物系の旨味にキリッとした醤油の塩味とお酢の酸味が効いたつけ汁と全粒粉入りのコシのあるもちもち麺
更に名前の通りとろとろに煮込まれた軟骨入り豚バラ
和え玉はパツンと歯切れのいい細麺に醤油タレにピリッと胡椒！
つけ汁をかけて食べるとまたこれがうんまい・・・タレとつけ汁が邪魔することなくお互いの味の良さを補完し合いよりうま味を引き出していた。
つけ汁スープ割は魚介のスープが足されまた味にキレが増して美味かった。
久しぶりに超好みのつけ麺だった。
そう！好みでした！やはり好みでしたあああああああああああ！
