以前は宝塚に移転した「まるさん松本」があった場所に当時携わっていた方がお店を引き継がれています

今回は金目鯛を選んで刺身と煮付けに。
それと単品で鱧の炙りを注文。
刺身は皮目を軽く湯通ししてあり、皮と身の間の脂も美味しく食べれました、美味いです。
付け合わせにタコとイカと白身が二切れついて...
芦屋の隠れ家的な魚の定食屋さん。
今回私が注文したのはおつくり定食1700円。
おつくりはまぐろ、鯛、いか、サーモン、いくら、ぶり、ホタテ、たこ。

ランチでは何回かお伺いしていますが、夜は初めて。
