Every morning, the owner purchases only the freshest, most delicious fish that he carefully selects from the Kobe Central Wholesale Market. In order to ensure the freshness of our products, Yo-chan is also closed on Wednesdays when the market is closed. These are from all over the country, including Awaji Island, Hokuriku, and Hokkaido! You can enjoy the fish you want to the fullest. You can also order the food as you wish, such as sashimi, salt-grilled, simmered, (Tempura, fried, butter-grilled*), etc. *It may take some time.

We always have 14 to 15 types of sake, including popular brands, and around 7 types of shochu. Enjoying a sip of the fresh seasonal sashimi platter (1,000 yen for average, 1,800 yen for top, and 2,400 yen for top) and each brand of sake is a moment that will make you feel lucky to be Japanese.
