From our restaurant, located on the northern tip of Awaji Island, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Our restaurant uses ingredients from Awaji Island and Hyogo Prefecture. We purchase fresh ingredients while building relationships with contract farmers and fishing ports. We also have a full lineup of alcoholic beverages that are essential for cooking. Among them, we recommend Kenzo Estate, a winery founded by a Japanese owner in Napa Valley, the home of wine, and the Italian wines, which have about 20 varieties. We also have ``Awachi Beer Island Lemon'' and drinks made in Awaji Island♪
