Made with a generous amount of Tajima beef lean meat, it is served with the chef's special Steak sauce. Enjoy the change in flavor with Iloilo rice, which is made using natural farming methods and is made from 38 varieties of rice seeds grown in the same rice field, as well as fixed-type wasabi grown with spring water from the Kannabe Plateau, handmade soy sauce mash, and natural kettle-cooked salt from Kotobikihama.
