ChefChef Shinichi Nakayasu
Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1981. After graduating from high school, he entered Tsuji Culinary Arts College with the aim of becoming a chef. In 2002, he joined Nishimuraya Co., Ltd. and studied under Executive Chef Etsunobu Takahashi. After working at [Nishimuraya Honkan], [Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei], and Osaka, he became the head chef at [Sanpo Nishimuraya Honten]. Until now.
