この春からトナリエつくばスクエアとカッチョイイ名前に生まれ変わったQ'tさんです(^ ^)
その3階のレストランフロアにあります『酒と和惣菜 らしく』さんにお邪魔しました(^O^)‼︎
前から気になってて以前日曜日も営業との事でお伺いしたら、まさかの休み( ﾟдﾟ)‼︎
まぁ茨城県独自の緊急事態宣言やらまんぼう的な事をやってた時期なんで、その時は日曜お休みにしちゃってたんでしょうね。
この日店員さんに確認したら、今は元通り日曜も営業してるそうです(^ ^)‼︎
そんならしくさん、どうやらつくば市赤塚の『さんごーよん』沿いにある『どんべえ』さんと姉妹店のようですね‼︎
さっそくメニューを眺めてると…ぬほっ、高級魚『クエ』の刺身があるではないきゃぁぁっ( ﾟдﾟ)‼︎‼︎
余裕の1000円オーバーな金額ではあったが、つくばの田舎ではなかなかクエは食べられないんで即注文（笑）
それと比較的お安めの僕のポテサラと豚アブラの串焼きを頂きました‼︎
まずは瓶ビールの中瓶を頼むと、何と赤星が出てきました‼︎
これは嬉しいサプラ〜イズ(^ ^)‼︎
そしてすぐさまポテサラが運ばれてきます♪♪
ずいぶんタワーになってるポテサラだ（笑）
こちらのポテサラはゴロッとしたジャガイモやニンジン・きゅうり・原形のある玉子等が入ってて美味しい美味しい(^ ^)♪♪
そしてメインのクエのお刺身(^O^)♪♪
切り口がそんなに薄くなく、食べ応えはあるかな(^ ^)
ただなぁ…4切れで1320円かぁ…やっぱ高いよね（笑）
ありがたやありがたやとひと口…ぬほぉ、シンプルながらこのねっとりとまとわりつくような旨さ、白身の最高峰ですな(^O^)‼︎
豚アブラの串焼きはチョット思ってたのとは違ったんだケド、アブラの上質な甘味を塩でさっぱり美味しく頂きました‼︎
ここからは日本酒が飲みたいなーと思いメニューを見てると、新政3種飲み比べセットなるものがあったので『No.6はありますか(^ ^)?』と聞くと無いとの事だったので、普通の飲み比べセットにしました（笑）
しかしこの飲み比べはこちらからは選べないとの事で、おまかせで注文‼︎
すると出てきたのが…
・大信州 辛口純米吟醸（長野・大信州酒造）
・鳳凰美田 純米吟醸 瓶ビール燗火入れ（栃木・小林酒造）
・天山 夏吟（佐賀県・天山酒造）
の3種‼︎
良かったぁ、鳳凰美田以外は飲んだ事無いゼッ(^ ^)‼︎
今宵もお料理にお酒に堪能させて頂きました(^O^)‼︎
気持ち高めな料金だケド、また美味しいお酒とつまみが食べたくなったら寄らせて頂きます‼︎
