I had the Ibaraki local sake tasting set. All three types (Kiri Tsukuba, Inazato, Natsu Zakari) were delicious, but the seasonal Natsu Zakari was especially good, so I had another cup. I'm grateful to the owner for welcoming me warmly even though I was a first-time customer! Thank you so much for listening to all my requests! All the dishes were delicious! Tokiwa Shirasu and Daikon radish salad, deep-fried Tsukuba chicken, assorted three kinds of sashimi (red sea bream, grouper, and swordfish), nanbanzuke of ako snapper and flounder, avocado and lotus root with mustard vinegar miso, etc., all of which went well with sake. The elasticity of the sashimi was amazing. It was very delicious!
