外階段を使うと横浜西口一番街を
上から見られる不思議な体験ができます。
・お通し 胡麻豆腐
ざらざらしたゴマ豆腐、柚子皮が入ってて爽やか。
・蒸し鶏のサラダ 胡麻ドレッシングとかつをラー油
かつおラー油との出会い。
辛くはないが確かにお魚の出汁が前面に出る。
・カツオのわらやき 塩たたき
香りがすごい。ものすごいボリューム。
4人前はありそうです。
分厚い、1切れで3枚のお刺身に出来そうなくらい。
薬味たっぷりで味変を楽しめます。
・ウナギの白焼き 山椒、室戸塩
うなぎはふんわりが好きでした。
藁焼きと同じようにしているのか香りがすごい。
バリッとした表面、皮の縁、脂もよく落ちてる。
・若鶏の土佐唐揚げ
鰹節たっぷりのゴツゴツ系唐揚げ。
揚げすぎか硬すぎた。
下味はとってもしょっぱいです。
・土佐おでん盛り合わせ
濃い味が続いた中であっさりしたものを探してました。
お出汁がほかほかで身も心もあったまる。
土佐おでんの特徴は酢辛子を付けることらしい。
練り物も初めて食べるピンクのがあったり。
