We promote the charms of Edomae fish, such as rare golden conger eel from Koshiba and hairtail fish from Honmoku! The local fish are fresh and fatty, caught one day earlier than they are in the market
.... The owner's discerning eye goes out to sea on his boat to fish, so you can't go wrong with the quality of the fish you want to eat. The Shonan whitebait from Otake Maru in Sagami Bay is also exceptionally fresh. They only use raw whitebait caught that day, so you're lucky if you can find it on that day!
