Get off at Nokendai Station and turn right at the alley past the traffic light. I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant because the owner doesn't even go fishing, but instead grows vegetables and cooks in the neighborhood. Saturday, today we are fully booked with reservations only. First up was the sashimi platter. A wonderful lineup of wild fishing striped horse mackerel, red mackerel, yellowtail, grunt, wild yellowtail, and ground octopus. Striped horse mackerel has just the right amount of fat, and has an elegant flavor and richness, making it a high-quality fish. Red mackerel has red flesh, but it has a delicious taste that combines the lightness of white meat with the flavor of red tuna. And the octopus, plump and rich in flavor, is the best, so let's add more! Furthermore, the conger eel sashimi has just the right amount of fat. It was good to have it with yuzu pepper. Sharaku's junmai sake drinking skills are progressing! By the way, even the sashimi pieces are delicious. The last dish was mullet milt Tempura. It has a creamy taste, and you might not be able to tell if it is called sea bream milt. The Junmai Ginjo from Zakusa Horai in Aikawa Town, Kanagawa, has a strong acidity and flavor, making it the perfect match for Fried food. It was so delicious that it became popular after visiting.
