... region, including Yonago, Matsue, Tottori, Izumo, Kurayoshi, and Sakaiminato, and as it comes into contact with ingredients and cuisine from Sanin, it hopes to spread the delicious food and beautiful culture, spirit, and pride of Sanin throughout Japan.
