We offer carefully selected a la carte dishes made with ingredients delivered directly from the farm. Particularly recommended are the ``jojo loin sashimi,'' known as the ``king of lean meat,'' which has a well-balanced combination of fine-grained lean meat and just the right amount of fat, and the ``gokujo otoro horse sashimi,'' which uses beautifully marbled horse meat◎ Both are made with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. Please put it on. Please order dishes made with rare parts such as ``Kone Sashi'' made from horse's mane, ``Kokushu Beef Sumotsu'' made from domestic beef, and ``Authentic Hakata Mentaiko'' which is perfect with sake accompaniments.
