This is the store I was interested in. Other Japanese-style meal restaurants were already full at 11:30, so we went here. There was a signboard announcing this week's lunch menu, and I went down the dark stairs to enter. I was the first one on board. The previous restaurant had the atmosphere of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it has completely changed to a simple Japanese-style meal restaurant. There were two tables, but I was guided to the counter. The menu is this week's lunch. You can choose between chicken or sawara for your main dish. When I made it to Sawara, my partner chose chicken. If you look closely, it looks like there was sashimi as well, but it seems like it costs an additional 1,000 yen. Beautiful vegetables will be processed right in front of your eyes. Both mackerel and chicken Grilled skewer over charcoal. Wait while being surrounded by the delicious aroma of charcoal. After a while, he brought out the sawara first. The menu includes Small dish of komatsuna with sesame dressing, minced chicken with new potatoes, pickles, salt-grilled mackerel and grilled vegetables. All delicious. The roasted yams are also fragrant and delicious. The pickled yams also have a slightly sour taste, making them a different kind of deliciousness. The amount of salt in the seaweed is exquisite❣️ The pickled carrots are delicious. Pickled yams are different from grilled yams. The komatsuna with sesame sauce has a gentle taste, and the minced chicken is also gentle. As we were eating, two groups came in. I was able to enjoy the aromatic charcoal-grilled food in the beautiful kitchen while watching the work in front of me. It's a little crowded, but the atmosphere is good and I'll be going again.
