Our menu changes with the seasons so that you can enjoy the blessings of nature throughout the four seasons. When it comes to hotpot dishes, we focus on seasonal vegetables, such as scallions in the spring and mushrooms in the fall. The dishes are carefully prepared using fresh vegetables sent directly from the owner's hometown of Aomori. There are two types of soup stock: bonito stock and stock made with Amagi gamecocks, so it's fun to taste the difference. In addition, we also offer additional dishes such as charcoal-grilled. Savor seasonal ingredients and famous sake, and enjoy the changing seasons.
