Purchasing staff with auction rights drive around Ushibuka to buy live fish in a special refrigerated truck with a coolant, and discerning craftsmen buy the seasonal fish from the market! Live fish such as sea bream, striped horse mackerel, filefish, horse mackerel, and snook can be caught in huge fish, perhaps 5 meters wide, and seasonal ingredients are lined up on the Seafood table in front of the counter on the first floor! In addition to sashimi, you can also enjoy salt-grilled, simmered, sake-steamed, fried chicken, and see what you like!
