おでん巡り旅、長崎・熊本の最終日、1軒目は0次会的におでん店で腹ごしらえ＋取材を完了しましたので、目標達成！
ということで本日のメインの2軒目は熊本の郷土料理の有名店「肥後の陣屋」さんにお伺いしました。
肥後の陣屋さん、実は2回目です。前回は10年以上前なので記憶があやふやですがたぶん、店名が違っていたと思いますね。
でも店内の雰囲気は変わってなかったですね。（カウンターの正面に生け簀が並べられていて鮮魚が泳いてる映像が・・）
さて記憶がフラッシュバックする中、カウンターに案内されます。
開店時間早々ですので自分が1番客です。
メニューは鮮魚系と馬刺し系が並んでいます。
高級店の部類に入りますので、お値段は少し張りますが品質は確かなはずです。
一人飲みですので選択肢は狭まりますが、刺身の盛り合わせと馬刺しと馬肉料理は外せないところです。
ということで注文したのはこんな感じです

醤油にもこだわっているようで4種類もあるのでいろいろお試しするのが楽しいです。
それにしても馬レバ刺はとろけるような旨さです。
自分が初めて馬肉料理を食べたのは熊本で（そこから虜になったわけですが）、熊本を訪れるたびにいろいな店でいただいてますが、この陣屋さんと馬桜さん、菅乃屋さんの料理は別格ですね。
そもそも専門店ですから旨いに決まってますが・・（ここらへんは長野松本とかも負けてないのかもしれませんが・・）
懐具合の許される限り何度でも訪れたい店ですね。
