今回は嫁・子供達とではなく、仕事で京都へ行った際に伺いました。
場所は烏丸駅から徒歩数分。創業享保元年の京懐石の老舗・美濃吉の烏丸四条店さんです(●･ω･)/
趣のある店内へと入り、さっそくメニューを拝見。秋らしい懐石にも後ろ髪引かれる思いもありますがランチということもあり、今回は京の懐石弁当 3,800円をオーダーすることに。
先付けとしてまずは、胡麻豆腐から。しっかりと練り上げられた胡麻豆腐は胡麻の香り・食感ともに非常に良好。
次いで懐石弁当を拝見。幽庵焼きや湯葉刺し、粟麩の田楽など京都らしい仕事を随所に感じます。
お椀は思いがけず、松茸と鱧の組み合わせ。出会いものの美味しさもさることながら、出汁自体のクオリティが素晴らしかったです。
流石という仕事を随所に感じるお弁当。次回は是非、懐石のコースをいただきたいと思います。
