Although we are a young shop, our craftsmen who have been in the business for 40 years have carefully aged raw soy sauce and old-fashioned tamari soy sauce to create a masterpiece that has been aged thoroughly with the finest mirin and zarame.

With the cooperation of Ohei Suisan, we deliver high-quality eels carefully selected from all over Japan by wholesalers at the Central Wholesale Market as live eels every day, so we can always provide you with fresh eels.
Others Delicious ways to enjoy eel
Our eel dishes are served with Niyodogawa Sansho from Kochi Prefecture and wasabi Kyoto pickles from Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, made with Narazuke from the long-established Kyoto pickle shop Masuno. Please try a sprinkle of Japanese pepper. You can enjoy the refreshing scent and the numbing sensation unique to Japanese pepper. Please eat with a pinch of wasabi. The taste of eel stands out even more. Furthermore, by eating it with Masuya-sama's Narazuke, you can efficiently absorb rich vitamins and calcium and activate the function of your stomach. Please try it once.
