京都に旅行に行く機会があり、鴨鍋が食べたいと思いお店を調べていると『先斗町 魯ビン』さんを見つけました。
先斗町には行ったことがなかったのですが、東京の神楽坂のようです。
お店に入る路地も雰囲気があって素敵ですね。
座敷に着席すると、すぐに熱々のおしぼりをいただきます。
『先斗町 魯ビン』さんはスタッフのみなさんの接客が本当に丁寧で素晴らしいですね。
前日に伺った別のお店では少し残念なことがあっただけに、『先斗町 魯ビン』さんの丁寧な対応が嬉しかったです。
まずは、私は焼酎、妻はにごり日本酒で乾杯です。
予約しておいた鴨鍋コースが始まります。
【先付】季節の冷菜五種盛り合わせ
5種が美しく盛られていて目にも華やかです。
（さざえ、ゆばとカマンベールチーズ、しらすとあおさ、ホタルイカの干物、白身のお寿司）
どれも丁寧に作られており、お酒のあてにもぴったりでした。
【造り】
マグロ、たこ、タイのお造りです。私は特にたこが美味しかったですね。
弾力も固すぎず柔らかすぎず、旨味がしっかりありました。
【お鍋】鴨鍋
お野菜がたっぷりで、ボリュームがありました。やはり京都はお野菜が本当に美味しいです。
鴨肉も柔らかくて、山椒を振っていただくと絶品でした。
【〆物】
鴨鍋にはうどんがおすすめ、ということでしたので〆はおうどんをお願いしました。
鴨のだしがしっかり出たつゆとうどんが良く絡んで美味しいです。
【甘味】自家製季節のデザート
抹茶プリンでした。こちらも上品な甘みで美味しかったです。
最初にオーダーしたにごり日本酒の「瑞冠（ずいかん）」が美味しかったので、途中でボトルをお願いしました。
ボトルも4,000円と、リーズナブルでした。
鴨川を見ながらゆっくりと美味しい京料理をいただき、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
ごちそうさまでした。また伺いたいと思います。
