念願かなって、鴨川の納涼床で京料理ディナー。
朝顔コース(7,700円)
・先付 季節の冷菜五種盛り合わせ
・椀物 枝豆真丈、鱧の白焼き、青柚子
・お造り 鯛、鰹、ビワマスなど四種
・焼八寸 鮎塩焼き、あしらい一式
・冷鉢 二色の魚そうめん、蒸しあわび、じゅんさい
・煮物 大山地鶏、つみれ、塩山椒鍋
・御飯 季節の御飯、赤出汁、香の物
・甘味 自家製季節のデザート四種盛合わせ
料理はどれも期待を裏切らない、上品な京料理。特に美味だったのは、お椀の枝豆真丈&鱧の白焼き、煮物の大山地鶏の塩山椒鍋。あっさり塩味に良いお出汁とピリリと効いた山椒に、トロトロに煮込まれた地鶏のマッチングが最高。
ドリンクの辛口ジンジャエール(500円)と柚子ほうじ茶(720円)も、爽やかで喉越し最高だった。
